The Indian Economy Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 500 words

The Indian Economy - Essay Example This rising working age means more workers in the future. More workers are important, because of the concern about demand increasing over supply. The Economist reports â€Å"that demand is outpacing supply and hence the pace of growth is unsustainable.† A greater number of workers could increase production, raising the supply, to meet the demand. More workers are also important, because the number creates more consumers. This makes the demand higher, but the supply raises as well. This circle makes an economy more stable, than just the demand rising with no increase in supply. However, if just the demand was rising and not the supply, inflation and depression follow. Workers and consumers are good for an economy. The one thing that more workers will need is education. Job training should be put into place by the government. New industries, especially computer related, should be taught in vocational schools. This would help the new workers coming of age to find jobs. It would not matter how old a worker, if they had no skills. The Economist states â€Å"60% of Indias labour force is engaged in low productivity farming.† These farmers will need skills to gain production jobs within urban areas. India government reforms have made the economy grow. The trade friendly reforms have created an import/export business that is lucrative. It is also easier for foreign investment, although this has not been as widespread as hoped. Lower oil prices make the economy better. Government regulation on employees in the workplace have made for happier workers. All of these reforms are good, but more need to take effect. Indias government has ambitious plans to increase total infrastructure spending to 8% of GDP over the next five years. This will involve some increase in government spending, but the idea is for the bulk of it to be financed by public-private partnerships. Although this is a good start, but the infrastructure is in poor shaped. More

Producing original chocolate is a traditional production project, Ferrero had started with chocolate. Next important part of place is which distribution channels should company uses to sell it. In fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) market, most company choose channel C to sell their product. Channel C is a long-standing channel, especially for consumer products, it takes goods from the producer to wholesaler, then to a retailer, and finally to consumers. Except that, internet has a powerful distributor, either. Shopping online becomes fashion trends. Professional website such as EBay, amaze, provide formal platforms to put goods. These are big advantages for Kinder Bueno, because there would be more room in the stores for them, increasing the chance of sales. When an organization mix specific methods to promote a special product, that combination establish the promotion mix for that product. The four possible factors of a promotion mix are personal selling, advertising, sales promotion and public relations. For some products, firms use all four ingredients, but for other products, maybe only two or three. For Method, the company uses the advertising to promote the products. Advertising is a non-personal communication about an institution and its products transmitted to a target customer through mass media such as radio, television, Internet, magazines, newspapers, direct mail, and signs on mass transit vehicles. Method businesses will be combined with other promotional activities for companies such as according to the magazines that are about family or healthy; to introduce the products for home clear or personal clear. Promotion is the best way to increase income and benefits and let customer know their brand. The promotion is essential to Kinder Bueno. Use of Rhetorical Strategies in Richard Wright’s Autobiography, Black Boy :: Wright Black Boy Essays

Use of Rhetorical Strategies in Richard Wright’s Autobiography, Black Boy Richard Wright grew up in a bitterly racist America. In his autobiography Black Boy, he reveals his personal experience with the potency of language. Wright delineates the efficacious role language plays in forming one’s identity and social acceptance through an ingenious use of various rhetorical strategies. Richard’s own identity as well as his personal identification of others is formed through language. For example, in Richard’s encounter with the Yankee, Richard used language to fill up the â€Å"yawning, shameful gap.† He uses personification to emphasize the awkwardness of their conversation. This awkwardness was a result of the Yankee’s probing questions. Richard described it as an â€Å"unreal-natured† conversation, but, paradoxically, he also admits, â€Å"of course the conversation was real; it dealt with my welfare.† The Yankee man then tried to offer Richard a dollar, and spoke of the blatant hunger in Richard’s eyes. This made Richard feel degraded and ashamed. Wright uses syntax to appropriately place the conversation before making his point in his personal conclusions. In the analogy, â€Å"A man will seek to express his relation to the stars†¦that loaf of bread is as important as the stars† (loaf of bread being the metonymy for food), Wright concludes â€Å" it is the little things of life â€Å" that shape a Negro’s destiny. An interesting detail is how Richard refuses the Yankee’s pity; he whispers it. From then on, Richard identified him as an enemy. Thus, through that short, succinct exchange of words, two identities were molded. Language is also pivotal in determining Richard’s social acceptance. For instance, Mr. Olin, a white man tries to probe Richard into fighting another black boy. Richard was disturbed. He uses contrast to show his disturbance, â€Å"the eye glasses†¦were forgotten. My eyes were on Mr. Olin’s face.† A certain dramatic irony exists exists when Richard asks, â€Å"Who was my friend, the white man or the black boy?† The reader knows it is the black boy. Wright uses detail such as Mr. Olin’s â€Å"low, confidential,† voice to create an apocryphally amiable tone. If Richard complies with Mr. Olin’s deceiving language, he would gain the social acceptance of the white men. If not, he would be ostracized as a pariah. Wright uses a metaphor, â€Å"my delicately balanced world had tipped† to show his confusion.

Handwriting

In my opinion, right-handed girls have more legible handwriting than left-handed girls. While doing my research I wanted to know if you were born with good handwriting, or if you learn that way, so I decided to look it up and help with more research (Handwriting skills for children, n.d.). The science behind my project is the brain and how it determines whether you are left-handed or right-handed.Judging handwriting can be helpful when you look at how they form their letters, the neatness of the writing, and how they space their letters while writing (Handwriting, July 14, 2017). Handwriting specialists look at the size of the letters, the shape, and if they slant their letters. They also look at margins, format, and line features (How an Expert Compares Handwriting, n.d.). I noticed in my project that when people where on the neat section that they wrote smaller, closser, and they also wrote darker. Also, on the regular section some people wrote bigger and more spaced out. Then on the cursive section they took a little bit longer because they did not have good education on cursive writing .The hand is made up of many bones that help make handwriting easier. There is 27 bones in just one of the human hands. There is 8 carpal bones, 5 metacarpal bones and 14 finger bones. There are held together by joints and ligaments. There are lumbricals in the hand. That includes four thin muscles that bend the metacarpophalangeal joints to extend your fingers. Did you know, that there are 17,000 touch receptors and free nerve endings in the palm of your hand. There are three bones in each of your fingers, but there are only two in your thumb. (How Does The Hand Work?, December 23, 2016) Here are a couple of facts about the brain, and which part controls handwriting. The cerebrum is the part of the brain that controls handwriting, it also controls speech, emotions, vision, and touch. Did you know, the right hemisphere of the brain is dominant to the left side of the body and the left hemisphere of the brain is dominant to the right side of the body? Which means when left-handed people write it is the right side of the brain, and vise versa for right-handed people. There is a chance of about 26% that a child will become left-handed if both parents are? 8.6% of women are left-handed in the world (Handedness and the Brain, n.d.). In conclusion, the science behind my project is how the brain controls handwriting. 90% of the world is right handed and only 10% of the world is left-handed. Hand specialist look at many things while looking at people's writing. Did you know, they even made a day for left-handed people? Doing this project has taught me a lot about left-handed supplies and other interesting things. In my project, I can conclude that right-handed girls have better handwriting than left-handed girls.
